My Story

I am Bee.

At 37, I was living a fun, food-filled life as a mum of three when I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. With three little girls, a life I adored, and laughter always at the centre of it, I started treatment straight away.

But if you know me, you’ll know that cancer wasn’t going to stop me from being the life of the party. I’ve always believed in squeezing every last drop of joy out of life, and I wanted to keep making memories with the people I love most.

Throughout this journey, Breast Cancer Now has been by my side. Their support and dedication to research mean so much to me—and I knew I wanted to give back. And so, Foodies for Boobees was born. It’s a simple but beautiful idea: gather your friends and family, host a dinner party in your home, share good food and laughter—and raise money to help others facing breast cancer.

After a year of treatment, I got the heartbreaking news that my cancer had spread to my brain and spine. It would have been easy to let fear take over, but instead I chose to focus on what matters most: time with my loved ones, painting sheds pink, and launching foodiesforboobees.co.uk.

This isn’t just a website—it’s a movement, a community, and my way of turning passion into purpose. Food has always brought people together, and now it’s bringing us together to make a difference. Even in the hardest times, I believe in joy, connection, and the magic of a good meal shared.

So welcome to Foodies for Boobees. I’d love you to join me. 💕
